As a business owner, pest control isn’t something you should wait to consider until it’s too late. The Atkins Total-Trac Program gives you peace of mind and total pest control coverage of your business, inside and out. An all-inclusive pest control program, Total-Trac protects your commercial space from 30 possible invaders.* It incorporates the Atkins Border Patrol program with our Annual Termite Agreement and more!
With this program you receive:
Total-Trac covers crawling insects, such as spiders, German roaches, ants, crickets, etc., stinging insects, termites and rodents, if needed. Treatments for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks may be added at any time for an additional cost.
*Does not cover moles or other large vertebrate animals or bed bugs, though you can request these services for a discounted, additional cost while on the Total-Trac program.
As part of the Atkins Total-Trac Program, we inspect your business for
termites. If active termites are not found and your building doesn’t have a lot of inaccessible areas, it will be accepted for this program. A termite monitoring system will be installed around the outside of your building and the monitoring stations will be checked for activity at least four times a year. A termite inspection of the interior and exterior of your building will be performed annually.
The Atkins Border Patrol program is designed to help prevent insects from moving into your home. It includes four exterior applications, evenly spaced during non-freezing months (usually March to November):
We spray three feet up the foundation of the house, in the eaves, and three feet out from the house. The ant portion of this application is done with a compressed air sprayer, treating one foot up the foundation and one foot out from the house.
Yes. Because the program includes termite protection, we do require that a contract be signed.
Yes. If you sell your home during the course of the contract, the new owner will be covered for the time remaining on the contract.
